Sebastián Ribes is an entrepreneur and advisor with a strong background in corporate structuring, international financial services, and business expansion in the United States. As the founder of Venture Connect, Sebastián specializes in helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and foreign investors establish and scale their operations in the U.S. market efficiently, securely, and strategically.

With hands-on experience in setting up and managing companies (LLCs, Corporations, and holding structures), Sebastián has guided dozens of clients through bank account openings, regulatory compliance (including BOIR, IRS, and FinCEN), and the design of structures that protect assets and enhance privacy. His approach blends strategic vision with practical execution—covering everything from company formation to international payments, trusts, partnerships, and commercial development.

Before founding Venture Connect, Sebastián led projects in the import, retail, fintech, and logistics sectors, always focused on connecting markets and simplifying complex processes for his clients. As an immigrant himself, he understands the challenges his clients face and supports them with both empathy and precision.
